1. Introduction Welcome to PARRATORO. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website located at parratoro.com and the purchase of our products available through this site. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility Our website and products are available to all users, with no age restrictions.

3. Products: We specialize in the sale of 3D AR posters. All product descriptions are as accurate as possible. However, please note that the accuracy of AR (Augmented Reality) features such as QR codes can be affected by external factors outside our control (such as changes from Meta Instagram effects). We do not guarantee that the quality of any products, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.Also Instagram effects are for last generation smartphones, with optimum-condition cameras and memory space, we do not guarantee that the effects will work properly on every smartphone.

4. Purchase Contract When you place an order, you offer to buy the product for the price advertised and indicated on the site at the time of purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

5. Payment We accept payment via Credit Cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Google Pay. Full payment must be made prior to dispatch of the products.

6. Shipping Products are shipped via USPS. We ship to addresses within and outside of the United States. While there are no specific restrictions or conditions for shipping, the delivery times can vary based on your location.

7. Returns and Refunds In accordance with the Gelato Terms of Returns and Refunds, we do not accept returns or offer refunds if the QR code associated with a 3D AR poster does not work or if the QR code link changes due to external reasons. All sales are considered final.
